Black or white, sweet or with light garlicky fragrance, our large variety of truffle species will satisfy the needs of the most exigent gourmands. The truffle season commence with the ambitious Black Summer Truffle ( Tuber aestivum ), followed by the always mature Black Burgundy ( Tuber uncinatum ), which will ultimately surrender to the kings of all truffles, the Piedmont White Truffle ( Tuber magnatum ). In between these evergreen classics of the truffle kingdom, Truffoir Ltd. is able to offer up to seven other species, making our truffle palette truly unique in the market.

Truffles at Truffoir Ltd. are collected by our experienced hunters, harvesting only mature, well developed fruiting bodies, both in size and smell. After harvest, truffles are inspected, cleaned, packed by our experienced staff and delivered to your doorstep in the shortest time possible to ensure the highest quality.

While we collect most of our truffles ourselves we put serious effort in specialized education programs, in order to engage local people in the hunting of these precious fruits of the land, in a way to ensure long time harvest and sustainability of the truffle species. As these lands are still largely unexploited, we are continuously working to expand our activity in the region, and maintain our leading position on the market.
